If another artist wants to draw something, he must do it from scratch

The customer has the right to draw something on top of my sketches
If they want to tell me something, for example, where the accessory is, how long they want the skirt, what size chest, eyes, other parts of the body or clothes.

Payment

Please make sure to pay for my services at least 5 days in advance.
This may be partial or full payment.
Yes, I accept a payment plan, but you should remember that if full payment is not made
You will not receive the final product in full quality until the last paymentRefunds are only available if I haven't started work yet.
If I have already started work and can provide evidence of this
I have the right to take payment for the sketch (or other amount of work that was completed) and return the rest. Remember that with any return you will be blacklisted and I won't work with you anymore.

I know that there are countries on this planet where tipping is the norm.
But there are countries where tipping is an insult
I have nothing against tips but I also don't require any extra payment.
I believe that I set prices approximately equal to my skills, analyzing the general art industry market. prices may increase if I feel that my skills have increased, but this happens no more than once a year, and only for some goods.The price during work can increase only if the amount of work increases

Communication

I always keep in touch with my clients, you can write to me at any time and I will try to answer when I have the opportunity
Sometimes I am very focused on work and may not notice the message
or be busy with something else
But I will definitely find time to answer you, so don’t worry and please calmly wait for my answer; in extreme cases, write to the family chat
When I plan a new trip, I inform the family chat that I may not be online

During the work process, I will periodically send you the results of the work done,
and ask (- do you want to change or add something?)
This will happen at every stage of work
Please speak freely if you don't like something and want to change something* but remember that big changes may require additional payment, so try to describe the desired result as clearly as possible
but at the same time you have a certain number of free changes that are listed in the price lists
don't be afraid to use them

You can write to me to find out how the work is progressing
But please be polite and don’t put pressure on me.
I also ask you not to do this too often, if the project is not urgent, write to me once or twice a week, this is normal, but not every day, because I am working not only on your project

Please don't rush me

I understand that you may be excited about a future model.
But please believe me, it is absolutely not beneficial for me to deliberately delay the work
Since the more work I do, the more payment I will receive - I hope this is clear
If I don't send updates, it means I might have a personal or technical problem.
Perhaps I haven't done enough work yet to confidently show the result.Remember that if you have not purchased
the "express delivery" function, then you can't set a deadline!
Any deadlines and the date of final work will also be blurred,
This is necessary so that I can freely take a day off when I need it.
Don’t worry, I’m still a workaholic, but even I sometimes need a rest for my psychological health.

And even if you paid extra for express delivery, I ask you to remember the physical limitations of any creature, even an alien.
Of course, express delivery means that I will work on your project as a priority.
And I will definitely make it on time, but my work hours cannot be so short that I won’t even have time to sleep. Obviously, if I work too much and don't sleep, the quality of my work may deteriorate. Therefore, be sure to discuss all dates with me before paying for the project.

There are restrictions on commercial rights

But if you plan to create a non-digital product
This may require a percentage of the proceeds to be paid to me as the author.(discussed individually, depending on the batch of goods, the volume of my work and the cost of the goods, from 2% to 15%)Resale of work made by me can only occur under my supervision
